HLM serves the global missions community by focusing on the unique role of networks. We live in an unprecedented period of mission history. The new paradigm of “from anywhere to everywhere” is by nature complex, resulting in an increasing need to partner with others for effective ministry.
Networks are a strategic tool for ministry leaders navigating the complexities of the globalized world of missions. Mission minded Churches and agencies are developing their “network engagement strategy.” Healthy networks facilitate the sharing of resources and are constantly birthing partnerships. We’re bold about it, we take the risk and we forge ministry partnerships, for community development that will scale innovations for sustainable change.

HLM Missional Business

In HLM we strongly believe that Missional Businesses will contribute to the maturing of the Church and the work of the Gospel where it is not presently known. We believe God is choosing to redeem business, and use it as a significant way for the future of mission. Business can thrive and demonstrate Kingdom values where the Church does not yet exist. It provides avenues to identify with local people economically, socially, and for the Gospel.

HLM Missional Business Partnership is by:

• ENGAGING – If you have business skills and experience, you can partner with us to develop a designated business designed to harvest souls into God’s kingdom
• SUPPORTING – If you are someone who could mentor or offer consultancy support in areas like accounting, marketing, IT design, then you can partner with HLM by working with our missional business owner to encourage and support them
• INVESTING – You can provide financial resources and lay the foundations for the success of a missional business among the least reached people of the world.
